GENERAL

by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service written below:- my work is 100% digital. you will not receive any physical version of the artwork.- i do not accept commissions from anyone under 18.- i reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.- the only currency i accept is USD, payment sent through Paypal via invoice or through VGEN.- commissions are to be paid 100% upfront. I do not do refunds once the sketch is created and sent to you.- if I am unable to finish your commission, I will refund you based on how much of the commission was completed. please do not chargeback, I will refund directly.- the time it takes to finish your commission varies from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on factors such as health, complexity, and other work.- any kind of edits are okay during the sketch phase. any edits made after will be an additional fee. i do not charge for minor mistakes or colouring errors from my end.- i require credit linked back to me if you showcase my art anywhere.- when commissioning, please send a visual reference that is clear enough for me to reference from.

COPYRIGHT

- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.- I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books

usage

- personal art i have drawn for myself may be used as pfps / wallpapers / banners with credit.- you may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.- you may not make any kind of profit from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to print-on-demand services, make prints, etc.)- you may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.- you may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless stated. the license to the commissioned artwork may be discussed.- I charge 100% of the commission price for commercial usage.- my art is never to be used as art for an nft or used for ai learning.
